PULSE TYPE DUST COLLECTOR – SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an industrial pulse type dust collector, complete with a robust MS fabricated housing, filter bags or cartridges, filter supporting cages, compressed-air pulse cleaning arrangement, solenoid valves, diaphragm valves, compressed-air header, differential pressure monitoring system, dust collection hopper and discharge arrangement. The unit shall be designed to collect and separate airborne dust particles from industrial process air and provide filtered air at the outlet. The system shall include the required access doors, inspection provisions, inlet and outlet connections, structural supports and necessary accessories. The dust collector shall be suitable for continuous industrial operation and shall be designed in accordance with the approved process requirements, drawings and project specifications.
